All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused and in brand-new condition.
Show no signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and materials.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

If the return or exchange is the result of our mistake, such as:

we will cover the return shipping costs.

To qualify, customers must provide a complete unboxing video as proof. The video must:

Begin before the shipping box is opened.
Clearly show all sides of the unopened shipping package, demonstrating that the package has not been damaged or previously opened.
Clearly display the entire shipping label.
Capture the complete unboxing process and clearly show the product issue upon opening.

Claims submitted without a qualifying unboxing video may not be approved.

If the return or exchange is for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

The above return and exchange policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

For international orders:

If the issue is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), customers may apply for a refund without returning the item, subject to the same proof requirements, including a qualifying unboxing video.
Returns or exchanges for personal reasons are not supported for international orders.
